Job Summary
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers. The role is responsible for managing the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment, and providing basic administrative support to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries; route them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor registers and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and inform concerned employees of visitor arrivals.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Communication & Coordination
- Handle courier, postal mail, and document dispatch/receipt.
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and admin teams for smooth front office operations.
- Provide accurate information about the company to visitors and callers.
Administrative Support
- Maintain records, files, and basic documentation related to front office activities.
- Assist with data entry, photocopying, scanning, and other clerical tasks as required.
- Support HR/Admin teams with coordination for interviews, onboarding visits, and meetings.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and etiquette.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, telephone systems).
- Customer-service orientation with a polite and helpful attitude.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist/front office role preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also be considered).

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹22,877.80 per month
