Process billing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Generate and distribute invoices to customers on a regular basis. - Review and verify transaction details, such as pricing, discounts, and contract terms, to ensure accuracy before invoicing. - Resolve billing discrepancies or issues by contacting internal stakeholders and customers to gather necessary information. - Maintain up-to-date records of all billing-related activities and documentation.

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's/bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred.
- Preferred 1 year of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related field.
- Experience in using billing software
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify errors or discrepancies.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Ability to become flexible throughout the year to ensure coverage
- Being open to learning new software
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
