Business Development Executive – Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities for our USA based commercial trucking insurance agency. The ideal candidate will identify prospects, build relationships with trucking companies, and help grow our client base through proactive sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, referrals, and social media.
- Contact trucking companies and qualify potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Work with the sales team to achieve monthly business targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Punjabi and English with a clear, neutral North American (U.S.) accent.
- Sales or business development experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized.
Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month
