Shift Hours: US Time Zone (Part-Time: Thu–Sat) OR (Full-Time: Mon–Sat) (Timing: 6AM CST to 6PM CST)
Pay Range: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Competitive based on experience)

Role Summary:
Are you an experienced virtual coordinator who thrives in fast-paced logistics? We are expanding our team and looking for a Virtual Dispatch Coordinator to manage our backend transportation operations. You will work directly with our US team to field live phone calls, manage trip schedules, and maintain top-tier customer communication.
What You’ll Do:
- Live Dispatch & Booking: Handle trip scheduling, updates, and will-call responses quickly and accurately.
- Client & Driver Support: Answer inbound phone queries, outbound calls, conduct trip confirmations, and address operational delays professionally.
- Team Synergy: Stay connected with US team members via RingCentral Chat and internal dispatch tools to ensure seamless hand-offs.
- System Management: Update vehicle/driver statuses in our software platform (Bambi experience highly preferred).
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For:
- Prior exposure to US logistics, dispatch operations, or high-volume phone support.
- Confident, polished spoken English skills for direct client phone management.
- Tech-savvy mindset: Experience using RingCentral, Bambi (or similar NEMT/transport dispatch platforms), and team chats.
- Strong multi-tasking skills under tight operational timelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
