Position: Interior Site Supervisor

Role Summary
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day interior fit-out activities at the project site, ensuring work is completed according to drawings, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior fit-out works including false ceiling, partitions, flooring, painting, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing activities.
- Monitor daily site operations and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Track project progress and report status to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify measurements and quantities for billing and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects regarding site activities.
- Maintain site records, daily reports, and material consumption reports.
- Ensure timely completion of work within budget and schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 2–8 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety procedures.
