ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Management
- Identify, appoint, and develop new channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and engagement activities with channel partners.
- Ensure continuous activation and productivity of the assigned channel partner network.
Sales & Business Development
- Generate sales through channel partners and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase business from channel partner networks.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence across West and East Pune.
- Coordinate with channel partners to ensure timely closures and revenue generation.
Partner Support & Site Visits
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations for channel partners and their clients.
- Assist channel partners in understanding project specifications, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Provide prompt support to channel partners for customer queries and documentation.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain and update channel partner details, lead status, and sales pipeline in CRM software.
- Track partner performance, follow-ups, conversions, and closures.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on channel sales activities and business generation.
Coordination & Relationship Management
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and transaction processing.
- Work closely with the marketing team to organize channel partner meets, promotional events, and product launches.
- Ensure timely communication of new projects, offers, and company updates to all channel partners.
Customer & Partner Experience
- Ensure a professional and seamless experience for both channel partners and their clients throughout the sales process.
- Resolve partner concerns and customer issues promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
- Maintain high levels of partner satisfaction through regular engagement and support.
Market Analysis
- Monitor competitor projects, channel partner activities, pricing trends, and market developments.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's channel network and increase market share.
- Provide regular market feedback and business insights to the management team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Real Estate Channel Sales.
- Proven experience in developing and managing channel partner networks.
- Strong track record of achieving channel sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience using CRM software for lead management, partner tracking, and sales reporting.
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
- A strong network of real estate brokers, channel partners, and consultants in the Pune market will be an added advantage.
Skills Required

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
