Job description:
- Site Management & Supervision: Supervise daily site operations, including subcontractors and labor teams, ensuring efficiency and high-quality construction.
- Technical Guidance & Execution: Interpret, analyze, and implement structural drawings, blueprints, and layouts to ensure construction adheres to building regulations.
- Setting Out & Surveying: Utilize surveying equipment to accurately set out the site, check levels, and mark out foundations.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Conduct inspections and quality checks, ensuring materials and workmanship meet project specifications and safety regulations (OHSAS).
- Coordination & Planning: Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and suppliers to manage material procurement and maintain project timelines.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, as-built records, and ensure all required documentation is maintained accurately.
- Health & Safety: Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety protocols and addressing hazards immediately
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
