We're Hiring- Staff Nurse Incharge - PICU
Location- Sabine Hospitals and Research Centre, Thevally, Kollam
Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt Ltd is a premier healthcare facility and a leading center for infertility treatment. Our mission is to provide exceptional medical care and support to our patients with compassion and dedication. We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse Incharge – PICU to lead our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and ensure high-quality critical care for pediatric patients
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and supervise advanced nursing care to critically ill pediatric patients
- Monitor vital signs, ventilator support, and emergency interventions
- Ensure proper administration of medications, IV fluids, and life-support systems
- Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery).
Experience:
- Minimum 5–8 years in PICU, with 2+ years in supervisory role
- Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong clinical knowledge in pediatric critical care
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of NABH standards and hospital quality protocols is desirable.
- Proficiency in documentation and reporting
