About the Role
We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day site activities, ensure proper execution of engineering work as per approved drawings and specifications, and coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project specifications, drawings, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients at the project site.
- Read and interpret engineering, HVAC/MEP drawings and layouts.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site reports, checklists, and relevant project documentation.
- Coordinate with the project/design team for technical issues, drawing clarifications, and site requirements.
- Monitor the quality of work and ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Identify site-level issues and provide timely technical solutions.
- Track project progress and report delays, material requirements, and other site concerns to the reporting manager.
- Conduct site measurements and support BOQ/BOM, quantity verification, and material planning.
- Ensure proper coordination between different site activities to avoid execution delays.
- Assist in client inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Required Skills
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering / MEP or relevant field.
- 2–5 years of relevant site/project execution experience.
- Good knowledge of site execution, installation, testing & commissioning.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in HVAC / MEP / commercial buildings / industrial projects / construction projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
