We aren't looking for a traditional agency salesperson; we are looking for a Real Estate insider. If you have spent years selling properties, pitching to developers, or managing marketing budgets for real estate brands, we want you.
In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of the real estate ecosystem to identify, pitch, and sign new builders for our premium creative and digital advertising services. You will be selling high-value solutions they actually need—like immersive 3D walkthroughs that close sales, high-performance digital lead generation, and premium branding.
Key Responsibilities
- New Client Acquisition: Identify and pitch Teamworks' services (3D Walkthroughs, Digital Marketing, Films, Branding) to real estate developers, builders, and property consultants.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze a developer's property portfolio, understand their sales bottlenecks, and position our agency services as the ultimate solution to drive their site visits and bookings.
- Pipeline Management: End-to-end management of the sales cycle—from prospecting, setting up meetings with decision-makers (CMD, Directors, Marketing Heads), presenting pitches, to contract closing.
- Market Intelligence: Leverage your existing network and stay updated on upcoming residential, commercial, and open-plot projects in the market to approach them at the pre-launch phase.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our internal creative, 3D animation, and digital marketing teams to build tailored, winning pitches for potential clients.
- Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of core experience in Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Business Development, or Marketing with a Builder/Developer/Real Estate Consultant (IPC).
- Note: Candidates who have managed agency relations from the client-side (builder side) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Industry Network: A strong, existing network or rapport with local real estate developers, builders, and stakeholders is a massive plus.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of real estate terminologies, market trends, consumer psychology, and the critical role of 3D visualization and digital leads in property sales.
- Communication Skills: Stellar presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. You must be comfortable pitching to C-level executives (MDs, CEOs, Marketing VPs).
- Mindset: A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can translate real estate challenges into creative opportunities.
Pay: ₹13,993.99 - ₹56,828.79 per month
