Key Responsibilities / Deliverables
Monitor production systems, platform components, and application health using
observability tools.
Respond to incident tickets, alerts, and operational requests within defined SLA timelines.
Perform initial troubleshooting through logs, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
Execute basic database queries for data validation and operational checks.
Monitor data pipelines, streaming systems, and scheduled workflows.
Perform basic Linux/Unix troubleshooting and system checks.
Escalate complex incidents to L2 support with detailed diagnostics and logs.
Maintain incident documentation and update ITSM tickets regularly.
Follow SOPs and operational runbooks for issue resolution.
Support monitoring dashboards and alert configurations.
Available 24x7 to provide support to Platform.
Provide on-call and weekend support as needed.
Ensure availability and operational health of communication workflows in financial services
platforms.
Work Experience & Skillset
1–3 years of experience in TechOps roles.
Strong hands-on experience with Linux / Unix troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of SQL queries and database troubleshooting (MySQL, PostgreSQL,
MongoDB).
Experience working with log monitoring and analysis platforms such as CloudWatch/ELK.
Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like Grafana and observability platforms.
Familiarity with distributed systems, event streaming platforms (Kafka), or data platforms.
Experience in running Technical Operations on any ETL tools (preferably) AWS, Spark,
Amazon cloud watch, Airflow, grafana, etc. Understanding of Big Data ecosystem
components (Spark, Airflow, Kafka, etc.) is desirable.
Basic scripting knowledge (Shell/Python) is preferred.
Exposure to financial services, banking platforms, or high-volume transactional systems is
highly desirable.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering disciplines.
