We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, optimize production efficiency, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end production activities.
- Plan production schedules and allocate resources.
- Ensure quality control throughout the manufacturing process.
- Improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Monitor inventory and raw material availability.
- Implement safety and quality standards.
- Lead and supervise the production team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, or related field.
- 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing.
- Experience in Print, Textile, or Apparel manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and production planning skills.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,345.67 - ₹69,392.24 per month
