Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (IT)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong understanding of IT products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client interaction, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, references, and online platforms
- Identify and engage potential clients with regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Maintain client database and daily sales reports
IT Knowledge & Coordination:
- Understand IT solutions such as software, networking, CCTV, access control, cloud solutions, etc.
- Gather client technical requirements and coordinate with internal technical teams
- Present and explain technical solutions confidently to clients
- Assist in demos, installations, and project discussions
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Address customer queries and provide timely solutions
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain daily reports, lead status, and follow-up updates
- Submit reports to reporting manager/HOD
- Ensure proper documentation and approvals
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Basic IT and technical understanding
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Emails, and CRM tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- High level of ownership and accountability
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in Sales / IT Sales / Business Development
- Stable work history preferred
- Experience in field sales and client handling is an advantage
- Mid-level experienced candidates preferred
