- Identify and develop relationships with potential clients seeking real estate opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Market properties effectively through various channels to attract interested buyers.
- Develop and implement strategies for high-rise residential projects & commercial projects selling.
- Handle client inquiries, property presentations, site visits, follow-ups, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Conduct property viewings and provide thorough information to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate property sales and contracts to achieve favorable terms for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries promptly.
- Close deals through effective communication & negotiation skills with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Maintain sales reports, MIS, and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Manage and grow relationships with channel partners and brokers
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely deal closure.
- Coordinate with customers, maintain records, support marketing activities, and build strong client relationships.
