Hiring: Video Editor + Shoot Assistant

We are looking for a creative Video Editor + Shoot Assistant who can handle both video editing and basic shoot support.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, interviews, campaign and social media content
- Assist during shoots with camera setup, framing, lighting and basic production
- Suggest creative ideas, hooks, captions, music, transitions and visual treatments
- Convert raw footage into engaging, high-impact videos
- Coordinate with the content and social media team
- Ensure timely delivery and manage video files properly
- Support urgent shoots, events and campaign content when required
Required Skills
- 1–3 years of video editing experience preferred; strong freshers can also apply
- Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools
- Good understanding of social media trends, Reels, Shorts and audience engagement
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting and framing
- Creative mindset, speed, ownership and ability to work independently
- Experience with political, social, leadership or public communication content is a plus
Note: Candidates should be comfortable with flexible schedules during important shoots, events or urgent projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
