Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for India and Overseas requirements
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels
Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews
Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate fitment
Manage interview coordination and follow-ups with candidates and clients
Negotiate salary and close positions within deadlines
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment status
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
