WAREHOUSE MANAGER – BIRLA OPUS PAINTS
Location: Pathiripala, Pattambi, Kerala
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Birla Opus Paints warehouse.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage receipt, storage, handling and dispatch of paints and related products.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records and ensure zero stock discrepancies.
Plan and monitor loading, unloading and timely dispatches.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts and Logistics teams for smooth order fulfilment.
Ensure proper warehouse discipline, housekeeping and safety standards.
Monitor stock movement, ageing, damages and returns.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity and accountability.
Prepare and submit daily stock and warehouse reports.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and proper storage of products.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in Paints / FMCG / Building Materials / Distribution.
Good knowledge of inventory management and warehouse processes.
Strong team-handling and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge; MS Excel / ERP experience preferred.
Should be disciplined, organised and result-oriented.
Candidates residing in or around Pattambi / Pathiripala will be preferred.
