- Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM On Premise ABAP.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within existing enterprise systems.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
