Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Identify and establish relationships with prospective clients, understand their technical needs, propose appropriate solutions, conduct trials, achieve good results and close the deal.
- Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to clients, clearly articulating the features and benefits of the products or services.
- Product Customization: Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams of Principal or any other vendors to tailor products or services to meet specific client requirements.
- Proposal Development: Develop and present detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates and timelines, to clients.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, understand industry trends, and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Post-Sales Support: Offer technical support to clients after the sale, addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Training: Provide training and technical support to the sales team, enabling them to better understand and sell the company's products or services.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, application engineering, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of the company's products or services and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Travel Availability: Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
Note: For experienced Applicant they must have knowledge of Cutting tools, Industrial Machine tools. For fresher applicant we can provide them with training.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
