Roles/responsibilities:
· Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· Sourcing new Business Development opportunities through lead follow-up and cold calls and emails.
· Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
· Conduct in-depth research on prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points.
· Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they align with our target customer profiles.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
· Present our products and services to potential clients, addressing their questions and objections.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our CRM system.
· Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager on your sales pipeline and progress.
· Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications:
· Graduation.
Experience:
· 1 to 4 years of experience in Business Development.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for Business Development.
· Ability to work independently.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
· Knowledge of [industry] is a plus.
· Results-driven and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
