WE ARE HIRING – Sales & Marketing Manager – EPC
Company: VPB Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Jaipur
Experience: 3–7 Years
Qualification: Engineering background preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert EPC business opportunities in the private and government sectors.
- Must have an existing network, client connections and database of EPC contractors, consultants, industries and government/institutional clients.
- Identify upcoming EPC projects and generate enquiries.
- Must understand electrical EPC costing, BOQs and estimation and be able to discuss project costing with the internal costing team.
- Manage quotations, client negotiations, follow-ups and order conversion.
- Develop new accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Prior EPC sales experience, strong market connections and proven business generation are mandatory.
Requirements:
✔ 3–7 years of EPC Sales & Marketing experience
✔ Existing client network & EPC market connections mandatory
✔ Strong database of contractors, consultants, industries & institutional clients
✔ Strong communication, negotiation & networking skills
