ABOUT US
At AnduraX, we’re building India’s first private Re-entry vehicle designed to fly to space, carry experiments and payloads, and return them safely to Earth. We believe the future of space isn’t just about going farther; it’s also about coming back safer. By building a platform that can fly frequently, recover gently, and serve a wide range of commercial and defence needs, we’re opening doors to a space-powered industrial future. As part of our growing team, you will gain direct experience working on multidisciplinary flight systems that integrate aerodynamics, avionics, guidance, propulsion, structures, recovery systems, and mission operations.
ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Associate Mechanical Engineer, you will support the design, development, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing of AnduraX's reusable re-entry vehicle and associated ground systems. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, you will contribute to mechanical design, CAD modelling, engineering documentation, prototype development, structural assemblies, and flight hardware integration.
This role is ideal for enthusiastic engineers looking to build a career in aerospace. You will gain hands-on experience across the complete product lifecycle, from concept design and manufacturing to vehicle integration, testing, and flight campaigns, while working alongside experienced multidisciplinary engineering teams.
This role combines office-based design work with workshop activities, laboratory testing, vehicle integration, and outdoor flight-test operations.
