Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef Trainer to join our institute. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training students in culinary skills, ensuring high-quality practical sessions, and maintaining professional kitchen standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct practical and theoretical culinary training sessions
- Prepare lesson plans as per curriculum
- Demonstrate cooking techniques and recipes
- Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety standards are maintained
- Monitor student progress and conduct assessments
- Support students in skill development and placements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef or Culinary Trainer
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Ability to manage a classroom and kitchen environment
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years relevant experience
