What would you do? Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs Talent & HR Process involves managing the recruitment, development, and retention of employees. This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a strong and effective team. Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.
What are we looking for? Key Responsibilities Manage and govern project/program management activities across portfolios. Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies. Prepare governance dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and leadership presentations. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely updates and adherence to timelines. Support financial tracking including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, PO tracking, and resource management. Drive compliance activities related to internal audits, quality checks, and process adherence. Facilitate weekly/monthly governance meetings and document key action items. Monitor resource onboarding/offboarding, allocation, and utilization tracking. Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated in relevant tools/repositories. Work with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Support leadership with data analysis, metrics reporting, and strategic initiatives.
