Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AutoCAD Design Engineer with 2–3 years of experience to design, analyze, and optimize structural systems. The candidate will be responsible for preparing safe, cost-effective, and efficient structural designs in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Analysis
- Perform structural analysis and design for buildings, industrial structures, and related projects
- Prepare design calculations, drawings, and reports
- Ensure designs comply with IS codes and safety standards
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, and site teams
- Provide technical support during execution
- Review and validate site requirements and modifications
- Analysing TNEB/APEPDCL electricity bills to calculate PV capacity requirements
- Customer Interaction
Documentation
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and material specifications
- Maintain proper design documentation and revisions
- Assist in preparing tender and technical documents
Software & Tools
- Develop designs using AutoCAD 2D /3D
- Ensure accuracy in drawings and structural layouts
- As Built Drawings
Required Skills
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles
- Hands-on experience in AutoCAD (preferred)
- Knowledge of IS Codes and construction standards
- Ability to prepare structural drawings and calculations
