- Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) with proven experience in handling international clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent spoken and written English skills and be capable of independently managing client relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential international clients through WhatsApp, Email, Phone calls, and CRM tools.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
- Conduct one-on-one negotiations and close deals effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM software and Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Follow up with prospects and existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in business development, inside sales, or international sales.
- Proven experience in dealing with international clients.
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned targets.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Excel, and CRM-based work environments.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical products industry.
- Familiarity with export processes and logistics coordination.
- Knowledge of inside sales techniques and customer relationship management.
