Job Summary :
We are hiring a Telecaller / Education Sales Counselor to handle student and parent inquiries for our stock market education programs. The role involves explaining courses, counseling prospects, and converting leads into enrollments through structured follow-ups and trust-based communication. This position focuses on professional counseling, not aggressive sales.
Role & Responsibilities :
- - Call and follow up on leads generated from website, walk-ins, social media, and WhatsApp
- - Counsel students and parents regarding stock market courses
- - Explain course structure, fees, batch schedules, and outcomes clearly
- - Handle queries confidently in English and Hindi
- - Maintain daily calling records and follow-ups in Google Sheets
Required Skills :
- - 6 months – 1 year experience in telecalling / education counseling /sales
- - Good spoken English and Hindi (both mandatory)
- - Clear pronunciation and confident phone communication
- - Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets / Excel
- - Result-oriented with a professional counseling approach
