About the Role
Drishti Infotech is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate qualified leads, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services sales and be capable of managing the complete business development cycle from lead generation to project closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify new business opportunities for Web Development, Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Mobile Apps, ERP, and Digital Marketing services.
- Understand client requirements and prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Conduct client meetings, follow-ups, negotiations, and close deals.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Manage client communication from inquiry to project handover.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
- 2–3 years of Business Development experience in an IT company.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with lead generation platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr.
- Knowledge of IT services including Shopify, WordPress, PHP, ERP, Mobile Apps, and Digital Marketing.
- Ability to prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
