Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 production support for data integration solutions.
- Troubleshoot ETL/ELT pipeline failures and data flow issues.
- Monitor job executions, workflows, and logs.
- Perform incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ensure ticket resolution within SLA timelines.
- Maintain data availability, accuracy, and reliability.
Required Skills
- ETL/ELT Tools (Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Informatica, or Talend)
- Azure or AWS Cloud Platforms
- Data Warehousing Concepts
- Data Quality and Governance
- Ticketing Tools and Defect Management
- Incident Management and RCA

- Strong Troubleshooting and Analytical Skills
