Key Responsibilities (KRA)
- Receive, inspect, and store garments in line with warehouse protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory through stock counting, reconciliation, and documentation.
- Execute order picking, packing, and dispatch with high attention to detail.
- Perform data entry and generate reports on stock movement and inventory status.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely shipments and deliveries.
- Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Support periodic audits and assist in process improvements for operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of experience in warehouse operations (fashion or luxury retail preferred).
- Working knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling warehouse operations.
