We are looking for an experienced E-Waste Plant Manager to oversee the setup, operations, compliance, and overall management of our electronic waste recycling facility. Candidates must have prior work experience in an authorized e-waste recycling company. Applications without direct e-waste industry experience will not be considered.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-waste dismantling, recycling processes, environmental regulations, production planning, quality control, and team management.
Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable)
Only candidates who have worked for a CPCB/SPCB authorized e-waste recycling company should apply.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in the e-waste recycling industry.
Experience in plant setup and commissioning will be an added advantage.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlant Operations
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the e-waste recycling plant.
- Ensure smooth functioning of dismantling, segregation, shredding, and material recovery processes.
- Maximize plant efficiency, productivity, and recovery rates.
- Monitor production targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure complete compliance with CPCB, SPCB, E-Waste Management Rules, Hazardous Waste Rules, and environmental norms.
- Maintain all statutory records and documentation.
- Coordinate inspections by government authorities.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses and environmental approvals.
Production & Process Management
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize recycling processes to improve metal recovery and reduce losses.
- Monitor machine utilization and downtime.
- Ensure proper inventory management of incoming and processed materials.
Team Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise plant operators and supervisors.
- Allocate manpower efficiently across different departments.
- Conduct performance reviews and implement productivity improvements.
- Foster a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement.
Health, Safety & Environment
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and PPE usage.
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments.
- Implement emergency response procedures.
- Minimize environmental impact through proper waste handling and pollution control.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Additional certifications in Environmental Management, Safety, or Waste Management will be preferred.

Candidates with experience in companies involved in:
- E-waste recycling
- Lithium-ion battery recycling
- Precious metal recovery
- Electronic dismantling
- Reverse logistics
- Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) operations will be given preference.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
