Shift Timings:
Shift 1 - 09:00 AM TO 5:30 PM
Shift 2 - 05:30 PM TO 02:00 AM
Shift 3 - 02:00 AM TO 09:00 AM
Roles & Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials and components.
Check dimensions as per drawing requirements.
Perform in-process quality inspections.
Conduct final inspection before dispatch.
Perform hydraulic pressure and leak tests.
Maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Identify and control defective products.
Handle customer complaints and corrective actions.
Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated.
