- Daily market visits within assigned zones
- Explaining company business model to merchants
- Generating merchant leads and pipeline
- Conducting merchant meetings and follow-ups
- Achieving on boarding targets
- Daily reporting and CRM updates
- Maintaining professional brand representation
Compensation Structure
Travel Allowance: 5000
Fixed Performance Incentives: Per Merchant On boarding
Daily Field Expectations
· Minimum 20 merchant visits daily
· Minimum 1 merchant on boarding per day
· Target expectation: 2 merchant onboardings daily
· Daily pipeline generation mandatory
· Proper CRM reporting mandatory
