Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales expert with excellent customer service skills to enhance customer
satisfaction and support revenue growth.
The role involves customer onboarding, lead conversion to ensure a seamless experience for Bijliride
customers.
1. Lead Generation & Sales Conversion
Handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, explain Bijliride’s EV rental services, and
convert prospects into customers while achieving sales targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Understand customer needs, provide suitable rental solutions, follow up with potential
customers, and maintain strong customer relationships.
3. CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM
system while coordinating with operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
Skills & Qualifications
Education:
● Graduate in B.Com, BBA, or B.Tech graduates preferred
Experience:
● 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or customer sales roles.
Key Skills
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Experience in inbound and outbound sales calls
● Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking systems
● Customer-focused approach with strong persuasion skills
Language Requirement
Fluency in Hindi, and Telugu preferred.
