About the Role
We’re looking for a Business Development Associate to support our outreach and client acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a night shift environment targeting international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through emails.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Understand client requirements and position our services accordingly
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close opportunities
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
- Excellent spoken and written English communication
- Comfortable working in a night shift
- Must have own conveyance for commuting
- Basic understanding of MS Office / CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow
