A Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and supporting revenue growth. The role involves market research, customer engagement, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives and expand the company's customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and client visits.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and business agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and operations teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers to identify repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
