We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects, pricing, offers, and payment plans.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and appointments for interested clients.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handover.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM software.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and target-oriented mindset.
