We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a civil engineering background to oversee the execution of our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site activities, ensuring design intent is implemented on ground, coordinating with contractors and vendors. Fresh candidates are welcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with the design team, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and efficient execution.
- Manage site measurements, BOQ verifications, and material requirements.
- Report progress, issues, and delays regularly to the design team.
- Maintain accurate site records, photographs, and documentation.
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and adapting to design modifications if necessary.
- Monitor workforce productivity and ensure optimal resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- 0-1 years of experience in construction or architectural execution
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and civil drawings
- Proficiency in basic site-level documentation and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel and work on varied project sites across South India.
