Senior Travel Consultant
Job Summary:
Amani Travel & Tourism is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Malappuram. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry and be well-versed in tour packages, flight ticketing, visa processing, and travel planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle domestic and international tour package inquiries and bookings.
- Manage flight ticket reservations and travel arrangements.
- Assist clients with visa processing and documentation.
- Coordinate hotel bookings and prepare travel itineraries.
- Provide travel consultation and excellent customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer suitable travel solutions.
- Ensure accurate travel documentation and booking procedures.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of tour packages, flight ticketing, and visa procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to manage multiple travel requests efficiently.
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and documentation processes.
