Job Responsibilities:
- PLC program design, development & modification (Siemens S7, Delta)
- HMI / SCADA development and configuration
- Control panel design, wiring, and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)
- Machine commissioning and startup at client site
- Electrical drawing preparation using AutoCAD Electrical
- Requirement analysis from client and converting to automation logic
- Preparing functional design specs (FDS) and I/O list
- Selection of PLC, drives, sensors, and control components
- Coordinating with mechanical and electrical teams during project execution
- Managing project timeline and commissioning schedule
