Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Generate leads via cold calling, emails, social media, and other channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Present company products/services to prospective clients
- Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align strategies
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and update CRM systems
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities
- Prepare reports on sales performance and business development activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales or relevant industry
- Knowledge of digital marketing or SaaS products (if applicable)
