Job Summary:
We are looking for a Store Manager to run our clothing store in Mohali. You will manage daily operations, lead the team, ensure sales goals are met and make sure customers have a great shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day work of the store
- Supervise and support sales staff
- Make sure the store looks clean, organized, and attractive
- Help customers with their needs and handle complaints politely
- Track sales and work to achieve targets
- Manage stock, orders, and inventory
- Handle billing, cash, and basic reports
- Train new staff and guide the team
Requirements:
- Experience as a manager in retail or clothing store (preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Basic computer knowledge
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Manager: 1 year (Preferred)
