Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Connect with teachers and validate their details for the Specimen Programme.
- Understand their book requirements and ensure the correct specimen books are dispatched.
- Follow up to confirm delivery and collect feedback regarding the books.
- Update and maintain teacher feedback and interaction records.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.
- Handle teacher queries and complaints, offer suitable solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with teachers for long-term engagement.
Skills Needed:-
- At Least 1+ years of telecalling and customer support experience.
- Solid never give up and pa ositive attitude.
- Very Good in English Speaking.
- Good technical skills (should know how to use Excel, CRM tools etc).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
