- To ensure compliance with the statutory and regulatory requirements including legal, labour, Factory & Boiler, environmental compliances etc in coordination with the officials of different Govt.Authorities of the District/Region/State.
- To initiate filing application and to obtain various licenses/ govt. approvals and permits to operate the plant legally.
- To ensure that the working hours, leave policy, salary and wages, employee health and safety and labour welfare policies of the industry are inconformity with the standards prescribed by the statutory bodies.
- To provide a detailed account of the compliance program to the Chairman/Managing Director of the Company
