We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, explaining our services, and maintaining proper follow-up records.
Candidate preferred (as per job role requirement),
Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (Regional language is a plus),
Confident and polite telephone manner,
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, calling software, CRM),
Positive attitude and willingness to learn,
Freshers are welcome (Training will be provided)
Maintain accurate records of calls and client details,
Build strong client relationships,
Coordinate with the internal team when required
