Telecaller
Location: MANJERI
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers to connect with prospective customers, explain our services, generate leads, and support the sales team in achieving business targets. Strong communication and follow-up skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services and address customer queries.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements:
- Degree qualification.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
