Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counseling & Guidance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students interested in studying abroad.
- Provide information about universities, colleges, courses, admission requirements, and application processes.
- Guide students in selecting suitable institutions represented by Global Reach.
- Application & Admission Support
- Assist students throughout the application process.
- Coordinate with university/college representatives to resolve admission-related queries.
- Visa, Travel & Financial Assistance
- Help students with visa-related procedures.
- Coordinate support for tuition fee transfers, accommodation, travel arrangements, and other pre-departure requirements.
- Student Follow-up
- Maintain regular communication with students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Track application progress and ensure timely completion of required steps.
- University Engagement
- Attend webinars, workshops, meetings, and training sessions conducted by partner universities.
- Stay updated on admission policies, scholarships, and program offerings.
