Key Job Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Planning and delivering effective, engaging English lessons (literature, prose, poetry, and grammar).
- Skill Development: Developing students' reading comprehension, writing skills, and spoken English.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Designing and grading assignments, quizzes, and exams, and providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive, disciplined learning environment.
- Extracurricular Involvement: Organizing debates, storytelling, and other language-related activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English Literature.
- Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching certification.
