We are seeking experienced and passionate professionals to join our training team as Airline and Airport Management Trainers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the aviation industry and the ability to train, guide, and inspire students pursuing careers in airline and airport operations. Responsibilities: Conduct theory and practical sessions on Airline and Airport Management subjects. Train students on topics such as airport operations, airline management, ground handling, cargo operations, and customer service. Prepare lesson plans, presentations, and learning materials as per curriculum standards. Assess students’ performance through assignments, projects, and evaluations. Share industry insights, case studies, and real-time operational knowledge. Ensure training sessions are engaging, interactive, and aligned with current industry trends. Mentor and motivate students to develop professional skills, confidence, and discipline. Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum updates and training improvements.
