- Create architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings using software.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and design discussions within the office.
- Work with engineers, designers, and project managers on design solutions.
- Prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and visual presentations for client approval.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors via office-based communication channels.
- Draft cost estimates and manage expense reports for projects.
- Maintain accurate records of design specifications, materials, and project details.
Requirements-
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup,lumion or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and design trends.
- Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
- 2–5 years of office-based interior and exterior design experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
